Transit Equity Day: Creative direction before the job title
An independent municipal consulting engagement shaping a public-service message into an approachable activation.
The problem behind the work.
Show how a public-service activation could become approachable, memorable and organized around participation rather than awareness alone.
Strategy translated into action.
Before joining RATP Dev, I worked independently with the City of Greensboro on a creative consulting trial. I developed and executed the creative direction for Transit Equity Day: the event layout, GTA-branded welcome table, interactive prize elements, QR-enabled raffle touchpoints, giveaway planning and take-home materials. I thought through the experience from the audience's point of view: what people first see, what encourages them to participate and what they take away.
What the work delivered.
A cohesive public-facing activation approach, presentation and participant journey created for an independent City of Greensboro consulting engagement. This assignment occurred in February 2025, before my employment began in March 2025.
