Information submitted
Discovery scheduling, project inquiries and diagnostic intake may request contact information, business name, website links, the selected diagnostic package and a description of the challenge. Customers should submit business information they are authorized to provide and should not submit passwords, personal health records, payment card information or confidential customer datasets.
How information is used
The intended uses are responding to inquiries, evaluating project fit, confirming purchased services, delivering diagnostic work and maintaining business records. Marketing subscriptions should be offered through a separate, optional consent mechanism rather than inferred from a service inquiry.
Service providers
Site hosting, forms, booking and customer information are intended to be managed through Wix. Payment processing will use the provider configured by the site owner. The specific payment provider, its policies and any additional analytics or email providers must be disclosed after activation.
Retention and security
The owner must establish an actual record retention and deletion schedule, access controls, a breach response process and any required vendor agreements. No absolute security guarantee is made.
Your rights and requests
Clients may request access, correction or deletion of their submitted information where applicable. The final notice must include a verified business contact channel and identity for such requests before active collection.
