Taking student housing marketing into the spaces where students spend their time.

01 / THE CHALLENGE

The problem behind the work.

Reach university students in a crowded housing market where attention is short and trust has to be earned in person, not through advertising alone.

02 / WHAT I LED

Strategy translated into action.

I developed campus installations, Free Speech Area events, pop-ups, branded booths, tabling, street teams, giveaways and promotions connected to the leasing funnel. I engaged thousands of students and collaborated with USC departments, fraternities, sororities and local brands including Alani, Starbucks, Trejo's Tacos and Piara Pizza. We tracked outreach lists of more than 180 social contacts and 200 email contacts and connected engagement to tours, follow-up and leasing conversations.

03 / THE OUTCOME

What the work delivered.

The outreach directly engaged thousands of USC students, developed local relationships and contributed to the development's broader acquisition and community-building system.
